Fleet tyre surveysSolutions · For tyre shops
TyreSync runs the daily book of a South African tyre shop: what is on the floor, what was fitted where, what is owed on consignment, and what the next quote should say. One workspace, no re-capturing between systems.

Workshop and stock
Every casing and every new tyre lives in the book under its own serial, with the movement ledger behind it: received, mounted, transferred, stored, sold or scrapped. Locations and purchase orders are part of the same record, which turns the stock take into a query.
Quotes and fitment
A proposal line can point at a real serial on the floor, a catalogue item or free text. VAT and a valid-until date are built in, the client accepts on a branded page, and accepted stock lines sell themselves through the movement ledger. Nothing quoted twice, nothing sold twice.
Fitment closes the loop: mounts, dismounts and rotations write to the vehicle's history with odometer readings, so the next survey and the next quote start from what is actually bolted on.
Client book and inbox
Clients, vehicles and their histories sit in your workspace, scoped to your organisation. Client-group access keys let a fleet client read its own book and nothing else, and next-survey dates tell you who is due before they have to ask.
The shared inbox gives the counter one queue for incoming work instead of a personal phone, so a quote request survives the lunch shift.
