Solutions · Casing and retread

Every casing accounted for, from the scrap pile to the factory and back.

A casing is worth money twice: once in what it still carries and once in what a retreader will pay for it. TyreSync grades it, batches it, follows it to the factory and scores what comes back, so the retread loop is a register, not a pile.

Casing grading

Grade the casing before it leaves the yard.

A/B/C casing grading turns the scrap pile into a register with values. Each casing is inspected, graded and dispositioned as retreadable, repairable or scrap, with the serial and DOT age on record, so a retread candidate never quietly becomes a write-off.

Scrap analysis

What the pull point left behind.

The scrap report computes, from the tyres on the ticket and nothing else: usable tread scrapped above the shop's removal limit (default 2mm), tread lost per brand, top scrap reasons by brand, damage locations, steer-axle failures, average casing age from DOT, and retread counts per casing. Tyres that ran fully to the pull point keep their own line, so honest wear is never confused with early removal.

The honest boundary

The shop side of the loop, done properly.

TyreSync does not run the retread production floor. What it runs is everything around it: the grading, the batches, the status feed, the scorecards and the stock record the retread returns to. If you operate a retread plant, we are the book it reports into.

Reference reading lives in the knowledge base: retread standards from TRMG and TRIB, the retreading process, and tyre failure analysis for grading calls.

Fleet tyre surveys

The surveys that flag casings early, wheel position by wheel position, before tread runs past the pull point.
